Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULY
(1) As a customer you will need to provide at least 2 week’s notice for cancelation before your event date, or you will NOT receive a refund
(2) We require at least 1 month’s notice before your event for us to work with you
(3) At the moment our services are available within Central and West London only. However, we do intend to expand our geographic reach at some point in the future, depending on the demand
(4) If requiring a service in a residential property, we ask that you keep any pets away in a separate room, from the room/s garden that the decorations will be set up in as we need space to set up equipment and
we want to prevent any accidental injuries. Pets would also want to play with the decorations which we do NOT allow
(5) When requiring a service from us, payment will have to be made upfront and our contract signed in order for us to work with you
(6) We do NOT provide our services on a Sunday
(7) If your event finishes after 11:00pm, you as the customer will have to arrange with the venue for our equipment such as our balloon stands/frames to be left in the venue, for us to collect the following day
(8) Please note we do take pictures of our balloon decorations /sculptures in all venues / buildings before the event to be put in our photo gallery and our customers are welcome to be in the pictures if they want to.
However, if decorating in a residential property we will NOT take pictures as we understand it is our customers personal living space
