No, at the moment our services are provided within Central and West London only

Can you get a full refund for cancelations ?
If you cancel up to 2 weeks before your event, you will be issued with a full refund. If you give less than 2 weeks’

notice you will NOT be issued with a refund

Are the balloons you use biogradable ?
Yes, the balloons I use are from natural rubber latex, which is responsibly sourced, sustainable and biogrades under normal environmental conditions

What brand of balloons do you use ?
The brands I use are Gemar, Sempertex, Qualatex, Kalisan and Tuftex

Do you provide a home delivery service ?
No

How do I make payment for your services ?
Once you have confirmed your requirements, an invoice will be sent to you either by email
or given to you in person where the business account details are provided for payment to be
made
